Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Team Lead). The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with best practices.



Job Responsibilities




  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning, and succession strategies.

  • Manage compensation, payroll processing, and employee performance tracking.

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR regulations.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations concerns.

  • Provide HR advisory support to management through data-driven insights.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 8-15 years of HR experience in a similar role.

  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and employee performance management.
