Job Summary:



We seek a results-driven Telesales Team Lead to oversee our telesales team in a fast-paced loan company. The ideal candidate will manage a team of telesales agents, drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with lending regulations.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Team Management & Supervision: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to maximize loan sales and conversion rates.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide regular reports to management.

  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of telesales agents in loan product knowledge, customer engagement, and objection handling.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and ethical lending practices.

  • Customer Engagement: Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Requirements:




  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (preferably in a financial institution or loan company).

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills

    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

    • Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in loan sales

    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and telesales software

    • Knowledge of loan products, credit assessment, and financial regulations





Preferred Qualifications:




  • Experience in consumer lending, microfinance, or banking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
