Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust ERP solutions to optimize production, inventory, and supply chain management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ERP systems to streamline manufacturing processes.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Integrate ERP modules with production planning, inventory management, procurement, and finance systems.


• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.


• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring seamless operation.


• Conduct user training and provide technical support to ensure smooth ERP adoption.


• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging ERP technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Proven experience developing and implementing ERP systems for manufacturing firms.


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or PHP.


• Experience with ERP platforms like SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom-built ERP solutions.


• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and system integration techniques.


• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, including production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
