Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.
- Identify and target potential buyers through various marketing channels.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours to showcase properties to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Onboarding:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.
- Provide comprehensive information about properties, financing options, and legal requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in understanding contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Mentor and support junior sales team to enhance their performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
