Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. 

  • The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in facilitating sales and onboarding customers into our system.

  • This candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end sales function, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.



Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:




  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.

  • Identify and target potential buyers through various marketing channels.

  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours to showcase properties to potential clients.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.



Customer Onboarding:




  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.

  • Provide comprehensive information about properties, financing options, and legal requirements.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Assist clients in understanding contracts, agreements, and other documentation.



Relationship Building:




  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.

  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

  • Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.



Market Analysis:




  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and offerings.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for management.



Team Collaboration:




  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Mentor and support junior sales team to enhance their performance.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
