Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Deputy Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market share in the oil and gas services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in business development with strong strength in Marketing/Tendering/Costing.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects.

  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service offerings that meet client needs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to senior management.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the oil and gas sector.

  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas services market, including key players and trends.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
