We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Deputy Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market share in the oil and gas services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in business development with strong strength in Marketing/Tendering/Costing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects.
Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service offerings that meet client needs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the oil and gas sector.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas services market, including key players and trends.
