Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).


• 7+ years of experience in corporate law, in the oil and gas sector, EPCIC.


• Specialization or certification in Corporate Law is required.


• Strong understanding of labour law, environmental law, Contract Management, and Regulatory frameworks.


• Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills.


• Certifications in compliance, arbitration, or related legal fields (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - CCEP).

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations.


• Willingness to travel or relocate to operational sites as needed on short notice.
