Responsibilities

• The applicant will play a pivotal role in designing, monitoring, implementing and assessing programs align with Rolan Foundation's mission and objectives. 


• The position requires fund raising capabilities to carry out programs, collaboration with diverse stakeholders particularly corporate organizations, government agencies and conglomerates. 

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.


• The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years working experience with a reputable NGO in Nigeria. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint is an added advantage.


• The applicant must be able to develop project proposals, strategic plans and detailed work plans consistent with the Foundation's objectives; prepare comprehensive budgets and resource allocation plans for program activities; oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with established timelines, budgets and deliverables; coordinate efforts among internal team members, external partners and community members to ensure effective program delivery; cultivate relationships with partners, donors, government agencies and local stakeholders.
