Job Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development: Identify, evaluate, and implement scalable opportunities for revenue growth and user acquisition.
- Market Research & Analysis: Use data insights and market trends to drive decision-making and improve growth strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to align objectives and execute initiatives effectively.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze key growth metrics, experiment with strategies, and refine tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement, activation, and long-term retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in growth strategy, business development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and development teams.
- Knowledge of growth frameworks, A/B testing, and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or digital products.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, and conversion rate optimization
