Job Summary



We are looking for a Supply Acquisition Analyst to drive the onboarding of vehicle owners into our transportation network, helping them monetize their assets efficiently. This role requires a strong mix of business development, data analysis, and relationship management to identify, acquire, and onboard high-quality vehicle supply. You will play a critical role in expanding our fleet, ensuring a steady supply of vehicles that meet operational and profitability goals.



Job Details



Key Responsibilities 




  • Vehicle Owner Acquisition: Identify and onboard individual and corporate vehicle owners into the company’s transportation platform.

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to attract vehicle owners through online and offline channels.

  • Pitch & Negotiation: Communicate the value proposition of joining our network, addressing concerns and closing deals.

  • Onboarding & Documentation: Guide vehicle owners through the onboarding process, ensuring all legal and operational requirements are met.

  • Market Analysis: Analyse supply trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models to optimize acquisition strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the engagement and earnings of onboarded vehicle owners to ensure a positive experience and long-term retention.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to streamline the onboarding experience and optimize vehicle utilization.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

  • years of experience in sales, business development, supply chain, or fleet acquisition.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.

  • Familiarity with the transportation, mobility, or ride-hailing industry is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Experience working with vehicle owners, fleet operators, or logistics businesses.

  • Understanding of transportation and fleet management software.

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C acquisition strategies.
