Job Details
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Business Analytics & Web Performance
- Analyse web and campaign performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and dashboards to track key metrics.
- Implement tracking solutions to monitor customer behaviour and marketing attribution.
Branding Content & Creative Strategy
- Work with branding, UX design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and content marketing initiatives to enhance organic reach.
- Oversee audio/video design and production for digital campaigns.
Marketing Automation & CRM
- Develop and execute email marketing automation strategies using tools like Drip to nurture leads and increase retention.
- Optimize customer journeys through segmentation, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.
Media Planning & Buying
- Develop strategic media plans, allocate budgets, and optimize ad spend to maximize reach and conversions.
- Identify new opportunities in digital advertising, programmatic, and emerging channels.
Creative Leadership & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters, and developers to execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine communication strategies and messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO/SEM.
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, web analytics, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to lead creative teams, manage projects, and align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and emerging ad platforms.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and digital customer journey mapping.
