About The Job

• The role of a Shift Engineer (Engineering) is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities during assigned shift

About You

The Ideal Candidate will

• Ensure that Plant equipment run minute to minute.


• He will be responsible for providing technical support on the installation, commissioning and maintenance of plant facilities


• Ensure minute to minute running and preventive maintenance of automated mixing and processing equipment which includes, big scanima, small scanima, Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), Homogenizers, Pasteurizers, Holding tubes, lacta, aseptic etc. at optimal cost.


• Ensure minute to minute running and preventive maintenance of state of the art Automated Aseptic Packaging Line comprising of GEA Fillers, high speed Blowers, Compressors, Chillers, Line conveyors, Coding machines, Sleeving, Shrinking, wrapping, machine utilities etc. to ensure on-time realization of production plans


• Provide Technical support to Water treatment line, IBEDC / Generators, Boilers, and ammonia plant when Utility manager is not on duty.


• Ensure Safety, Health and Environment Co-ordinate with production and quality teams in ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is strictly adhered to

Requirements

• The position requires a minimum qualification BSC/HND in Mechanical Engineering


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
