Job Summary:




  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable automobile options, and achieving sales targets.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of the automobile industry, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-focused attitude.



Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development




  • Identify and engage potential customers through lead generation, networking, and referrals.

  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to clients.

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.



Customer Relationship Management




  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure a smooth sales process and customer retention.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.



Market Intelligence & Reporting




  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new automobile models.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.



Administrative Duties




  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory.

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist with showroom activities, including vehicle displays and test drives.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in automobile sales or a similar role.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.

  • Knowledge of vehicle specifications, financing options, and industry trends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
