Job Description

• Monitoring spending and budgets


• Auditing and analyzing financial performance


• Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.


• Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulation.


• Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statement and cash flow.


• Assisting in developing and managing budgets and forecasts for the restaurant.


• Analyzing and controlling labor, food and operational cost.


• Managing vendor invoices, payment and customer receipts.


• Processing employees salaries, wages and benefits


• Providing regular financial reports to management ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 3-5 years working experience.


• More education or experience may be preferred.


• Special License or certificate may be required.


• Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.


• Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes


• Ethical behavior.
