Core Responsibilities
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling
- Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
- Conducting sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet
- Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan. Producing activity reports
- Working with Affiliate Sales to cross generate leads.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle sales Transactions.
- Prepare and daily/monthly reports.
- Respond to queries, customers need and rendering before and after sales service.
- Build and maintain client relationships and internal communication flows.
- Be key touch point (point of contact) for all customer-facing business functions, e.g. customer acquisition and retention.
- Perform other duties as Assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2 years field experience
- B.Sc / HND / OND (Sales, Marketing, science or related courses)
- Excellent communications, Interpersonal and written skills
- Computer literate Good knowledge of contemporary sales process management
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Good Knowledge of Telecoms within the Nigerian market
- Adequate knowledge of ICT
- Good Knowledge of Enquiry Management techniques.
- Analytical, team player and result oriented.
- Target driven and works under minimal supervision
