  • We are seeking to engage a competent facility officer whose primary responsibility would be to oversee all our restaurant appliances/ equipments.

  • The ideal candidate would be responsible for the perfect working condition of all electrical and mechanical equipments including generating sets with an overall cost cutting initiatives.



Responsibilities




  • Ensure both electrical and mechanical equipments and appliances are in good working condition at all outlets.

  • Act immediately there is a report of fault of any appliances and equipments at any outlet to determine the need for repairs.

  • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.

  • Supervise artisans and third party vendors during maintenance and repairs.



Requirements and Skills




  • First Degree or relevant qualification

  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as facilities officer from a quick service restaurant.

  • Well-versed in technical operations, utility and facilities management best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Possess multitasking ability.
