Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare a variety of Lebanese dishes, including mezze, kebabs, shawarma, and other traditional Lebanese cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking Lebanese meals for our staff and guests


• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment


• Following recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality


• Ordering and managing ingredients and supplies


• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cooking Lebanese cuisine


• Ability to prepare a variety of Lebanese dishes


• Strong knowledge of Lebanese ingredients and cooking techniques


• Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Good communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage


• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
