Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Officer with a strong background in accounting and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining financial records, and ensuring excellent customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Record and reconcile sales transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer and sales records.
- Generate sales and financial reports.
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams for operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, accounting, and customer service.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
