Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Officer with a strong background in accounting and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining financial records, and ensuring excellent customer interactions. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, financial expertise, and customer relationship management skills to support business growth and operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:




  1. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

  2. Record and reconcile sales transactions.

  3. Process invoices, payments, and financial documentation.

  4. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

  5. Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.

  6. Maintain and update customer and sales records.

  7. Generate sales and financial reports.

  8. Collaborate with finance and marketing teams for operational efficiency.

  9. Ensure excellent customer service to drive repeat business.



Requirements:




  1. Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in sales, accounting, and customer service.

  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills for handling financial transactions.

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  6. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
