Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to manage our production team and ensure the efficient production of high-quality garments. 


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion production and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality production


• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and targets


• Monitor and control production costs to ensure budget adherence


• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality garments


• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers to ensure accurate production


• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fashion production, preferably in a supervisory role


• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fashion production processes


• Excellent leadership and management skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
