Job Summary:



Our client in the financial industry is seeking to hire a candidate for the role of Head, Strategy and Planning.  This role will be  responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, driving growth and ensuring alignment with organizational goals



Qualification and Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management. Economics or a related discipline from a recognised institution.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in consulting, commercial banks, or finance company. 

  • Membership of relevant professional bodies is required

  • Prior experience in business strategy  initiative and execution 

  • Experience in managing strategic growth/transformational initiatives for a diverse business group portfolio.

  • Experience in project management and handling complex business initiatives.

  • Possess strong research, forecasting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strategic vision and market insights.

  • Excellent relationship management

  • Commercial/business acumen.

  • Market trend awareness

  • Excellent negotiation and written and oral communication skills.

  • Leadership and team collaboration.

  • Digital and ICT savviness

  • Professional and proactive work ethic.

  • Excellent attention to detail.



 Salary : N700,000.00-N900,000.00 Monthly
