Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on land titles, ownership records, and property transactions.


• Verify land documents, deeds, surveys, and legal agreements.


• Research and compile reports on property histories, encumbrances, and land use restrictions.


• Identify and resolve land disputes, boundary conflicts, and ownership claims.


• Work with government agencies, surveyors, and legal teams to validate property records.


• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, zoning regulations, and land acquisition policies.


• Interview landowners, witnesses, and relevant stakeholders regarding land matters.


• Maintain detailed records of investigations, findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Real Estate Management, Law, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in land investigation, real estate, or legal compliance.


• Strong knowledge of land laws, property documentation, and government regulations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS mapping, and land registry databases.


• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders.


• Ability to travel and conduct field investigations when necessary.
