The Opportunity




  • We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.

  • Eunisell Limited requires a Chief Operating Officer to oversees the company’s daily business operations and administration, including but not limited to compiling the company financial reports, implementing business strategies and optimising the organisation’s operational capabilities.

  • The post holder will provide management, leadership and vision to ensure the organisation meets its short-term and long-term objectives. He will help to create enduring policies and a company culture that strengthens operational efficiency and generates revenue.



Key Roles and Responsibilities




  • Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency

  • Responsible for ensuring increased revenue drive by strategic search for new opportunities. In addition, establishes and fosters strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entire value chain of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.

  • Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes

  • Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organisational objectives

  • Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management

  • Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

  • Ensure that expenditures of the Company are within the authorized annual budget of the Company.

  • Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business. Ensure consistent liquidity of the Company as a going concern.

  • Align company’s process and operational models to contract agreement, whilst ensuring consistent and quality delivery on client expectations.

  • Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results

  • Collaborating with management and other colleagues to raise capital and carry out other business-expansion strategies

  • Controlling various business operations and implement the company’s strategic initiatives

  • Submission of management reports to inform the management of the company’s performance



Job Requirements, Skills & Qualifications




  • B.Sc. / HND in Engineering.

  • Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage.

  • MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field is desirable

  • Minimum of 15 years of broad experience in the oil & gas industry or energy sector

  • Proven experience as COO or other senior managerial position

  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision

  • Knowledge of business development, operations, supply chain and contract management.

  • Exposure to multi-million Commercial deal-making in the E&P industry across several businesses

  • Commercially astute and with proven P&L responsibility and track record of growing revenue, cost management, and delivery against KPIs.

  • Visible leadership skills within challenging performance environments

  • Good coordinating and delegation ability.

  • Excellent skills in MS office and other relevant applications.
