Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our construction chemicals products to customers in the construction industry.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in construction chemicals and excellent sales and leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, sales team, and other stakeholders on our construction chemicals products, including product selection, application, and troubleshooting.

  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and owners, to understand their needs and provide solutions.

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and applications.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.

  • Develop and Manage Sales Budget: Develop and manage sales budget, including forecasting, expense management, and ROI analysis.

  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new technologies, products, and applications, to maintain a competitive edge.



Requirements




  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Relevant Professional Certifications

  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, preferably in the construction chemicals industry.

  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals, excellent sales and leadership skills, ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and proficiency in CRM software.
