We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Savings and Sales to join their team.
This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in financial services to drive savings product growth, develop sales strategies, and enhance customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Coordinate/provide guide for savings product development, enhancement and management.
Package and implement all savings product related Loyalty Schemes
Liaise with CBN on all issues relating to savings product features e.g ensure that we obtain CBN approvals for all savings products developed/enhanced etc.
Attend bank’s product review meeting at CBN.
Package and implement all savings product related promo campaigns.
Continuous monitoring of Savings product performance/revalidate strategies to ensure optimal performance.
Evolve strategic marketing initiatives as well as product loyalty scheme to growing savings products e.g. SWEETA & FPSS Loyalty schemes, alliances with companies for event marketing.
Job Requirements
BSc / HND in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
7 - 10 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
