Job Description

• Our client is seeking a skilled Product Manager, Workplace Banking to join their team.

Job Summary

• The role is responsible for acquiring new customers through corporate partnerships, promoting financial wellness, and driving product sales to workplace clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with companies to onboard employees as banking customers.


• Conduct financial literacy sessions to educate employees on savings, budgeting, and investments.


• Promote payroll accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products to workplace clients.


• Leverage digital banking solutions to enhance banking convenience for workplace customers.


• Achieve set targets for revenue, transactions, and customer acquisition.


• Provide tailored banking solutions and excellent customer service.


• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc / HND in a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in segment management and product management.
