• We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Group Head, SME to join their team.


• This role requires strong leadership in managing SME products, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of the division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of all SME products, business development, and new product creation.


• Provide leadership and coordinate strategic initiatives to optimize market opportunities.


• Develop and implement business objectives and financial goals to drive SME growth.


• Identify and capitalize on SME market opportunities, specialized products, and expansion strategies.


• Ensure budgeted growth within approved business risk parameters.


• Monitor financial and key performance indicators, addressing gaps proactively.

Job Requirements

• BSc / HND; Master’s degree is an added advantage.


• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
