Key Responsibilities




  • Liaise between the Agency and the Client

  • Manage and grow agency clientele by managing existing clients and looking for new business opportunities within and outside current clients.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies; create and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve client goals.

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including timelines and budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.

  • Coordinate with internal teams; work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Analyze campaign performance by evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns/projects and provide insights for improvement.

  • Lead team for pitch and other presentations

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure a healthy top and bottom line.



Key Requirements




  • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees

  • Candidate should have at least 5 - 8 years of experience working in Experiential marketing or Advertising, with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.

  • Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Have the ability to understand client needs and deliver on them.

  • Have a strong entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record of growing top line and bottom line.
