We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Client Service Manager to lead our client services team and drive business growth. As Senior Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance on experiential marketing strategies and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the client business and actively seeks opportunity for further account development.
Show hands-on competence, knowledge and technical knowhow on client expectation.
Responsible for the day to day running of account in all aspects; including financial processes and profitability.
Ensure Contact Reports, Status Reports and Activation reports are produced on time. Approve all significant correspondence with the Client.
Responsible for new business opportunities driving growth on assigned brands as appropriate.
Source for new business and generate suitable leads for the agency through a defined sales funnel.
Provide strong leadership and effectively directs team members to accomplish desired goals.
Drive operations in execution planning and ensure deliverables and fulfilled and timelines to client are kept.
Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.
Qualifications
Must possess Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
Experience working with top brands.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
Certification in project management or marketing.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in client services, marketing, or advertising.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful client strategies.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing and event production.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
