Key Tasks
Fire and Safety Operations:
- Maintenance of firefighting equipment’s in the facility.
- inspect and clean of fire alarm system in the facility.
- Provide assistance and supervision to contractor’s carrying out repairs, installations of fire equipment's within the facility.
- Carrying out practice fire drill
- Respond promptly to fire alarms
- Frequent patrol to ensure facility is safe and hazard free
- Controlling and putting out fire
- Conduct rescue operations in case of emergency
- Any other role as assigned by management.
- All organization related data to be protected at all time.
Accountabilities:
- Ensuring that Fire Safety Quality Objectives are achieved - 50%
- Ensuring that facility Quality Objectives are achieved - 50%.
Requirements
Min Required Qualification:
- OND / HND / Basic Professional firefighting course
Required Skills/Competency:
- Ability to handle Firefighting equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot fire alarm system faults
- Good interpersonal relationship & Creativity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
