Position Summary

• A Retail Executive is responsible for greeting, directing and assisting customers/Clients at the school.


• You will be assisting the Retail Coordinator with managing the sales in your designated location.


• You will provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) and answers customers' questions about specific products /services.

Duties

• Attend to clients’ inquiries and complaints.


• Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion


• Cross-Sell and Up-Sell


• In charge of the Enterprise stores at designated locations.


• Familiarizewith various productsand advise customers on its availability


• Build positive and productive relationship with clients


• Keep records of sales proceeds at the end of the day


• Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction


• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures


• Present and portray a positive image of the Trust Council, its products and services to clients


• Give regular and timely updates on stock level to the Enterprise Unit


• Recommend potential products or services to the Enterprise Unit by noting and collating customers’ repeated requests


• Work together as a team with other colleagues


• Carry out tasks as assigned by your manager.
