About the Role:

9Vectron is recruiting for GrouPower, and we are looking for a dynamic Training Officer who will be responsible for designing, managing, and evaluating training programs that align with GrouPower’s goals. The ideal candidate should be experienced in structuring training sessions that generate revenue while ensuring internal staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

• and manage training programs for internal staff and external clients.


• Ensure training initiatives align with business objectives and are profitable.


• Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.


• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance training impact.


• Maintain training records and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a first degree in a relevant field.


• At least 2 years of experience in training program development and management.


• Strong facilitation, presentation, and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Proficiency in using training tools and platforms.


• Expertise in managing adult trainees and students


• Proven capacity to sell training programs, hitting target sales revenues


• Must be based in F01 Kubwa FCT Area
