Job Summary

As the operations manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business functions are efficiently coordinated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve the highest service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.


• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably within a hospital, spa, or related industry.


• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.
