Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, digital marketing, social media, and content creation while leading a technical team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, digital marketing strategies, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities
IT Management & Technical Leadership:
- Oversee IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, designers, and IT support staff.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee software development projects and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff.
Social Media & Online Marketing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and interactive media.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize SEO, PPC, and email marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Digital Strategy:
- Lead content creation efforts, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and web content.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar for consistent content publishing.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track engagement and optimize content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in IT management, cybersecurity, or digital marketing (e.g., ITIL, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software.
- Background in e-commerce or SaaS-based businesses is a plus.
