Job Summary




  • As Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Lily Hospitals Group, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing services across all hospital facilities.

  • This position ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while driving strategic initiatives to enhance nursing practice, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.



Responsibilities




  • Leadership:Oversee nursing services across the Lily Hospitals Group and collaborate with the Executive team to ensure high-quality care.

  • Quality & Compliance:Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Staff Management:Recruit, train, and retain nursing staff while fostering a positive work culture.

  • Financial Management:Develop and manage the nursing budget; implement cost-effective strategies.

  • Patient-Centered Care:Prioritize patient experience and improve satisfaction scores.

  • Collaboration:Work closely with physicians and allied health professionals to enhance care delivery.

  • Health Policy Advocacy:Represent nursing in policy discussions and adapt to healthcare regulations.

  • Data-Driven Improvement:Use health data and clinical metrics to drive continuous improvement.



Requirements




  • BNSc required; MSN or related Master’s degree is an added advantage and nursing leadership certifications.

  • 6+ years in clinical nursing, with 2+ years in leadership roles.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and implement change.

  • In-depth knowledge of clinical practices, patient care standards, and healthcare policies.

  • Good understanding of LHL Nursing SOPs & Standards

  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Ability to align nursing services with hospital goals, drive innovation, and adapt to changes.

  • Skilled in addressing clinical and operational challenges.

  • Focus on improving patient care, nursing practices, and staff development.
