Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. 


• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to engage with customers to promote our products/services.

Responsibilities

• Forward email to appropriate Quarters


• Receive customer call


• Update spreadsheet daily


• Attend Meetings on behalf of Ampsolve


• Send Weekly report


• Follow up on invoice


• Follow up on payment


• Follow up on renewal


• Send necessary documents to clients


• Send out Renewals monthly


• and other functions as determined by the company

Requirements

• BSc or HND or OND


• Between the ages of 25-35


• Interpersonal skills


• Resident in Maryland / Ketu / Onipani / Anthony environs.
