  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the client business and actively seeks opportunities for further account development.

  • Show hands-on competence, knowledge and technical know-how on client expectations.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of accounts in all aspects; including financial processes and profitability.

  • Ensure Contact Reports, Status Reports and Activation reports are produced on time. Approve all significant correspondence with the Client.

  • Responsible for new business opportunities driving growth on assigned brands as appropriate.

  • Source for new business and generate suitable leads for the agency through a defined sales funnel.

  • Provide strong leadership and effectively direct team members to accomplish desired goals.

  • Drive operations in execution planning and ensure deliverables and fulfilled and timelines to clients are kept.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.



Requirements / Experience




  • Must possess a Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.

  • Experience working with top brands.

  • Certification in project management or marketing.

  • 3- 6 years relevant work experience.

  • Experience working in an advertising agency is very key.

  • Experience working in a fintech company.

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Both genders can apply..
