Job Description

• Ivee Woman is looking for a skilled and experienced Tailor to create high-quality fashion pieces. 


• The ideal candidate must have strong craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that all designs meet the brand’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and sew fabrics according to design specifications.


• Alter and repair garments as needed.


• Work with designers to create unique fashion pieces.


• Ensure all sewing work is done with precision and high-quality finishing.


• Maintain sewing equipment and materials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Quality of Work:

• Ensure at least 95% of completed garments meet brand standards without defects.


• Reduce alteration requests by ensuring accurate measurements and fittings.

Production Efficiency:

• Complete assigned tailoring projects within the agreed timeframe.


• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the production process.

Customer Satisfaction:

• Achieve 90%+ positive feedback from customers on fit and finish.


• Reduce customer complaints regarding stitching and fabric handling.

Inventory Management:

• Ensure minimal fabric waste through proper cutting and sewing techniques.


• Keep track of available materials and request restocking as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tailor or fashion designer.


• Skilled in sewing, cutting, and working with various fabrics.


• Ability to follow design specifications accurately.
