Job Summary




  • We are hiring for our client,a highly motivated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the general public. 

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.



Responsibilities




  • Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement control measures.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and monitoring.

  • Provide HSE training, awareness, and induction programs for employees and contractors.

  • Manage and maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with management, employees, and contractors to promote a positive HSE culture.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the electrical, construction, or oil and gas industry.

  • Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).

  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE software.
