Job Summary

• The Retail Sales Supervisor will be in charge of overseeing and managing a team of employees in the retail team.


• You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the retail call center and store.


• As a supervisor you are to ensure that the team meets sales targets and provides excellent customer service.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in a relevant discipline.


• Minimum of 5 years experience in a the same or similar role in a retail outlet.
