Job Overview:
Mimi Place, an open grill and fast-food establishment, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will implement business strategies to enhance revenue, reduce losses, and create an efficient and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure all financial procedures are followed.
- Curb fraudulent activities such as overbilling, unauthorized bank transfers, and inventory theft.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Enforce strict accountability measures for cash and inventory management.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
- Report directly to the board of directors on key performance indicators, financial status, and operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in financial oversight and cost control.
- Ability to implement strict anti-theft measures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
