We are a leading Microfinance bank seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microfinance and treasury management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the bank's treasury operations, including liquidity management, funding, and investment


• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


• Analyze market trends and make recommendations on investment opportunities


• Manage relationships with correspondent banks, liquidity providers, and other financial institutions


• Ensure effective cash management and forecasting


• Provide leadership and guidance to the treasury team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in treasury management, preferably in a Microfinance bank


• Strong understanding of Microfinance principles and practices


• Professional certification in treasury management or a related field 


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field


• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
