Position Overview:




  • Flying Doctors Nigeria (FDN) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with a proven track record in medical equipment sales. The successful candidate will drive business growth through proactive sales, strategic partnerships, and effective marketing initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:



Sales Outreach and Cold Calling:




  • Proactively engage in cold-calling hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote sales of medical equipment and consumables.



Service Delivery Coordination:




  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service provision.



Business Development and Marketing:




  • Drive business development, marketing, and sales of FDN products and services.



Marketing Plan Implementation:




  • Participate in developing and executing marketing plans to support business objectives.



Networking and Relationship Building:




  • Participate in business meetings and events to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.



New Business Opportunities:




  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers/clients.



Additional Responsibilities:




  • Undertake any other business development, sales, or marketing duties as assigned.



What you will need:




  • First degree in a Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years closing Medical equipment deals

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • A self-starter with a wide customer database and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
