Role Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Videographer/Content Strategist to join our team.


• As a Videographer/Content Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases the impact and stories of our programs and organization.


• You will gather and create high-quality video content, develop engaging videos for our digital media campaigns, and collaborate with our team to amplify our brand and message.


• As a Videographer & Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and developing strategic plans to effectively promote the foundation's initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in video production, video editing and content creation.


• Familiarity with non-profit organizations and social impact initiatives


• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies


• Excellent video production and editing skills (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects)


• Graphics design skill and knowledge in graphic design suites is an added advantage.


• Strong storytelling and narrative development skills


• Experience with digital media video content creation


• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a team


• Strong communication and project management skills


• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy


• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
