Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our Apapa factory's production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality garment production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production staff for efficient, high-quality production


• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and targets


• Monitor and control production costs for budget adherence


• Implement quality control measures for high-quality garments


• Collaborate with designers and pattern makers for accurate production


• Identify and resolve production issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury women's wear production, preferably in a supervisory role


• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fashion production processes


• Excellent leadership and management skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills


• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or related field


• Experience working with luxury fashion brands


• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
