Job Summary

Are you passionate about ethical investing and Shariah-compliant financial solutions? Norrenberger Asset Management Limited is seeking a Halal Investment Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new investment opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring adherence to Shariah principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain new business relationships to meet set targets.


• Proactively manage and grow an Islamic investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with company policies and Shariah principles.


• Work with internal teams to structure investment products tailored to client needs while maximizing profitability.


• Conduct regular relationship management calls and client visits to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.


• Identify investment opportunities from individuals and corporate entities.


• Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for Islamic investment products.


• Collaborate with team members for joint client calls and cross-selling of financial products.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine Norrenberger’s unique selling propositions.


• Prepare and present business reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly investment performance updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in investment management, ethical finance, or related fields.


• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant investment products.


• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.


• Ability to identify and mobilize investments from diverse client segments.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Effective communication and presentation skills.
