JOB DESCRIPTION: SITE FOREMAN

Primestix, a renowned construction company known for its excellence and innovation, is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supervising on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is executed according to project plans and specifications.


• Coordinate and supervise site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.


• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the project manager.


• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.


• Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.


• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials, and work completed.


• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.


• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
