Job Responsibilities




  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for hospitality-related projects.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and health & safety protocols.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to key decision-makers.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.

  • Oversee procurement and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of projects in line with customer satisfaction and brand standards.

  • Document project progress, lessons learned, and recommendations for future improvements.



Job Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 10 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, construction, renovations, or service improvement projects.

  • Proficiency in project management tools

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • PMP, or similar project management certification is a plus.
