Job Summary:



We are looking for a skilled and experienced Driver. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience and a valid driver's license.



Requirements:



Resource Planning:




  • Effectively manage resources required for production to meet targets and timelines.

  • Ensure adequate numbers of factory hands are available and confirmed for production.

  • Accurately prepare production schedules or plans reflecting resource availability and capacity.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery.

  • Develop and manage production checklists to cover all key resources and SOPs.



Process Management:




  • Ensure production starts on time unless unavoidable delays arise.

  • Supervise production processes, allocating resources as needed to meet targets.

  • Provide accurate production data to management to develop performance targets.

  • Propose continuous improvement strategies for production processes.



Effective Communication:




  • Report on work plans, resourcing, challenges, maintenance, and downtimes to the Production Manager.

  • Ensure smooth handovers of assignments or supervisory duties when necessary.



Time Management and Attendance:




  • Complete tasks within provided timelines and communicate delays at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Ensure punctuality and commitment to scheduled production activities.



Housekeeping, Hygiene, and Safety Standards:




  • Oversee effective cleaning and orderliness in all production areas, maintaining proper segregations.

  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines at workstations.



Records and Documentation:




  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of records, maintaining organized and accessible documentation for analysis and reference.



Supervisory Duties:




  • Appraise performance of team members, identify training needs, and organize or recommend suitable training.

  • Administer disciplinary actions in line with company procedures.

  • Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, consulting superiors or relevant departments where necessary.



Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Food Science, Agribusiness, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of professional or industry experience in production supervision.

  • Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP systems.

  • Experience with production equipment and capacity planning.

  • Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

  • Integrity, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work based on the factory's production schedule.
