Job Summary

• As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and infrastructure projects.


• You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and detailed designs based on client requirements and project specifications.


• Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring designs align with budget, timeline, and safety standards.


• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and environmental aspects into designs.


• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.


• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.


• Sustainability & Innovation: Incorporate energy-efficient and sustainable practices into architectural designs.


• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss project goals, design preferences, and functional requirements.


• Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct on-site assessments to monitor construction progress and address any architectural issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.


• 5 - 10 years of experience.


• Professional accreditation or licensure (if required in your region).


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.


• Excellent understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.


• Creativity with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
