Job Summary
As the Business development executive, you will be responsible for Leading our efforts in enhancing brand visibility and driving growth, while also expanding our presence across Africa. As a vital member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of our creative and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative web and online marketing strategies, including B2B outreach and social networking initiatives, to enhance our online presence and engage with potential customers.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of income and outgoing sales, ensuring accountability and efficiency in distributing products and services across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and scalability across different African countries, tailoring strategies to local markets.
- Identify and partner with key influencers within the beauty sector to promote us through strategic campaigns and social media initiatives, amplifying brand reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably within the e-commerce or cosmetics industry.
- Experience in targeting, converting and winning new business and/or new territories.
Salary
NGN200,000 – NGN300,000
