About the Role

• We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teachers to provide one-on-one support to students with special needs in a school setting. 


• The ideal candidates will assist in enhancing the student’s learning experience, ensuring inclusion, and helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, or other special needs.


• Assist in classroom activities, ensuring the student stays engaged and follows the curriculum.


• Implement strategies recommended by teachers, therapists, and special educators.


• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for the student.


• Monitor and report student progress to teachers and parents.


• Encourage independence while providing necessary support.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field.


• Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage.


• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.


• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists.


• Passion for inclusive education and child development.
